| Ein Entwurfsprojekt von der Klasse f\u00fcr Entwerfen, Architektur und Design mit Klasse f\u00fcr Geb\u00e4udetechnologie und klimagerechtes Entwerfen in Kooperation |<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gegenstand des Projektes ist die Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema einer zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfen Neuninterpretation d\u00f6rflicher Lebensweisen als Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr einen nachhaltigen Tourismus. Durch die Entwicklung konkreter planerischer, programmatischer und architektonischer Strategien soll ein von Bauernh\u00f6fen und Landwirtschaft und gepr\u00e4gter Ort sukzessive mit touristischen Angeboten erweitert werden, die seinem Potential als aufkommendes Reiseziel gerecht werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Umsetzung basiert auf einer realen Fallstudie, deren Kontext das kleine Dorf Tudia in zentraler Lage in Sizilien mit einem wundersch\u00f6nen Hinterland ist. Um die lokalen \u00f6konomischen und sozialen Strukturen f\u00fcr die Zukunft st\u00e4rken, sollen zus\u00e4tzliche Sport- und Wellnessangebote, Tagungs- und Veranstaltungsprogramme sowie die Aufwertung der bestehenden Agrarwirtschaf einen Ganzjahresbetrieb etablieren. Als realer planerischer Gestaltungsspielraum k\u00f6nnen Bestandsstrukturen transformiert und weitergebaut werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Thema Nachhaltigkeit soll bei dem Transformationsprojekt eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Die standortspezifischer Ressourcen, wie Handwerk, Material, Wasser, lokale erneuerbare Energiequellen und die sich zuk\u00fcnftig wandelnden klimatischen Bedingungen werden analysiert und bilden einer der Grundlagen des Entwurfes. Ziel ist die Entwicklung eines integrierten Nachhaltigkeitskonzept, das die Basis f\u00fcr eine robuste und resiliente Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit der Transformation bildet und damit ein langfristige Sicherung der \u00f6rtlichen Lebensqualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Suche nach einem tragf\u00e4higen Hybrid aus Landwirtschaft und Tourismus findet somit Verankerung im konkreten Topos eines realen Kontextes. Demzufolge werden Fragen der Infrastruktur, der Koexistenz und Interaktion von Erholung und Agrarproduktion, sowie der klugen Nutzung von Ressourcen unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der tats\u00e4chlichen Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Interessen der betroffenen Akteure untersucht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ergebnis des Projekts sind ortsplanerische Konzepte und deren konstruktive \u00dcbersetzung in architektonische Objekte, welche einerseits auf ortsspezifisch transformieren, andererseits aus dem Gesichtspunkt einer m\u00f6glichen \u00dcbertragbarkeit auf andere Kontexte Betrachtung finden sollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The subject of the project is the examination of the topic of village lifestyles as a starting point for contemporary sustainable tourism. Through the development of concrete planning, programmatic and architectural strategies, a place characterized by farms and agriculture is to be successively expanded with tourist offers that do justice to its potential as an emerging tourist destination.\u00a0The realization is based on a real case study. The context of which is the small village of Tudia in a central location in Sicily with a beautiful hinterland. In order to strengthen the local economic and social structures for the future, additional sports and wellness offers, conference and event programmes as well as the upgrading of the existing agricultural economy are to establish a year-round business. Existing structures can be transformed and further developed as real planning scope.\u00a0The issue of sustainability should play an important role in the transformation project. The site-specific resources, such as craftsmanship, materials, water, local renewable energy sources and the changing climatic conditions of the future will be analyzed and form one of the foundations of the design. The aim is to develop an integrated sustainability concept that forms the basis for a resilient future viability of the transformation and thus secures the long-term future of the local community.The search for a sustainable hybrid of agriculture and tourism is thus anchored in the concrete topos of a real context.\u00a0As a result, questions of infrastructure, the coexistence and interaction of recreation and agricultural production, as well as the intelligent use of resources are examined, taking into account the actual needs and interests of the holders involved.\u00a0The results of the project are site planning concepts and their constructive translation into architectural objects, which on the one hand are to be transformed into site-specific objects and on the other hand are to be considered from the point of view of possible transferability to other contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
