Dominique Gauzin-Müller, architect, architectural critic and author of 20 books focusing on wood, earth and biobased construction and sustainability in architecture and urbanism. In her guest lecture she will discuss the importance of frugality in architecture, showing examples from the TERRA, the FIBRA as well as the TERRAFIBRA Award.
The Guest Lecture is part of the joint-venture seminar, Climate Responsive Design for MA students of the ABK Stuttgart and MA students of the IUSD program. The Integrated Urbanism and Sustainable Design (IUSD) is a Masters’ program hosted at the University of Stuttgart and Ain Shams University in Cairo.
